A Paper Galleon for the Tudor House Museum, Southampton

As part of The First Cut exhibition, the Tudor House Museum commissioned a paper art sculpture. My Tudor Paper Galleon, made from Tarasen Grass Paper, and featuring papier mache and paper cut elements, is now a permanent feature of the Tudor House Museum where it conjures the spirit of a place which is built from ancient ships’ timbers and was once the home of Henry Vlll’s ships’ chandler.

I am available for commissioned pieces like the work above. If you are interested in working with me please send an email direct to palmerk@outlook.com
